Fast ‘n Slow

A true 50/50 ride! Alternate between speed (fast flats) and slower paces at higher resistance (climbs and a few jumps). Coach awareness of power output between each effort either with meters, RPE or both.  Emphasize pace, rhythm and consistency. Super straight-forward with lots of opportunity to coach proper pedal stroke.
