This ride kicks! I use the second song to preview the moves in the ride to get riders ready to HIIT it. Five 3:1 HIIT intervals with a 3:30 fast flat in the middle, finishing with jumps and an all out fast flat.
You can easily modify this profile to create a 30:00 or 60:00 class.
