Coach your riders to optimize saddle time to get more bang for their buck with this profile! Start off with a focus on pedal stroke, then prep them for their first (of two) best 4:00 efforts. Between the two 4:00 best efforts, focus on the relationship of speed, resistance and power output.
Coach mental stamina, tenacity – mettle! – to hone their ability to stay present and focus only on the things that drive performance and help them meet their immediate goal.
