This profile was a hit! My riders loved the class and the playlist. It’s a straightforward 1:1 interval profile: 2:2/3:3/4:4/3:3/2:2/3:3 and one more 3:00 effort to finish. I offered different movements for the hard efforts but left it up to them to do what they needed/wanted to do to maintain intensity.
I’m super fortunate to have a steady group of riders, but I realized not all of them know each other so I started class by asking everyone to introduce themselves. I also made a point to give shout-outs by name during class. I got a ton of positive feedback after class and I can’t help but think that it had to do with a more personal touch. Who knows… they could have just loved doing a kick-ass ride!
