Four 6-7:00 intervals, 2 sets of accelerations, 2 easy/moderate flats. For the intervals, coach riders on sequencing intensities that set them up for success. They will experience the short, progressively harder efforts and trust that when you cue to go hard, they can truly give their best because 1) they’re ready, and 2) they will have an opportunity to refuel and be ready for the next challenge!
