Four rounds of speed, strength and movement, finishing with strength and all out speed. You can keep this ride as simple as it sounds: in the saddle for the speed rounds with intensity below threshold; for strength rounds, in the saddle building to threshold then holding; movement rounds below, at and above threshold to align with each of the 30 second movements.
