(I’ve seen too many profiles that go from a hard effort with no break or prep time right into a “sprint” with minimal recovery afterwards.) The playlist keeps legs moving as it should! There’s a great remix of “Somebody” and a version of the old school classic “Whoomp!” that made me want to get off my bike and dance. To give riders a chance to refuel mid-ride, there’s “Look Up”, an absolutely beautiful song that gives you the prefect excuse to say nothing for 3:34.
