This freestyle (rhythm) ride gets riders going with 11:00 of mostly flat road sort-of-hard to hard intensity before hitting 25:00 minutes of strength at hard/hardest intensity with lots of movement in and out of the saddle. The playlist is “freestyle” too – from Mable to Melissa!
