Years ago, I taught a Wednesday morning class primarily attended by men and they loved rock rides. One die-hard rider – this guy never missed a class – gave me a CD of The Who and asked me to create a ride. The original ride was 60 minutes. This version is 45. It became an instant “classic” – on the schedule by demand every few months. Challenging, big gear efforts to some of the greatest rock songs ever recorded.
Tomorrow is my last Wednesday morning ride with the group of women who I’ve been teaching since August 1stwhen I kicked off my ride-outside-in-the-driveway classes. It’s calling for something special. Who Are You? – a big question, a big ride. I can’t wait!
Even if you’re not a Who fan, give it a listen – you might just change your mind.
Have fun. Stay safe and stay awesome!
